Text Box: Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.  Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams.  If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered.  Then I say to myself, it is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver.

EXPANSION UPDATE

As owners of the Grand Lake Brewing Company, we would like to thank all of our faithful supporters.  This past Summer 2009 the brewery went through an expansion to increase our beer production. To triple our production we purchased a larger brewhouse in March 2009 which was to be delivered to Grand Lake Brewing in June 2009. We made a commitment to sell our old brewhouse to a brewery that needed to take possession on July 22, 2009.  We followed through on our commitment to the buyer of our previous brewhouse but the seller of our new brewhouse did not fulfill his commitment to us. This has left us without a brewhouse for the month of August 2009. The seller made numerous false promises, and, after the fact, we learned that he had done the same to other breweries. The brewhouse we purchased finally arrived on August 24, 2009. The condition of the brewhouse we purchased was not what had been represented and was not operational until September 9,2009. We are now back up to full production and look forward to a constant flow of fine handcrafted beers.

Our current line up is:

           White Cap Wheat (six packs)

Wooly Booger Nut Brown Ale (six packs)

Trail Ridge Red Amber Ale (six packs)

Hoppy’s One Ton Pale Ale, an American Style Pale Ale (six packs)

Shadow Mountain Stout, an Oatmeal Stout (six packs)

Sampler Packaging which contains six different beers (six packs)

Stumpjumper IPA (six packs and 22 oz. bombers)

Plaid Bastard Scotch Ale (six packs and 22 oz. bombers)

We appreciate your business and patience.
